Warranty and spare parts

Warranty: EU guarantee policy (January 2024): 5 years on bases, frames, shells and mechanisms; 2 years on gas lifts, castors, armrest functions, adjustments and upholstery. Normal use is defined as 10 hours a day.

Spare parts: Spare parts for many task-chair ranges for many years after purchase, a repair price list, and repair service for at least two years after a product is discontinued.

A maker's warranty is a voluntary extra. In the EU the seller still owes you at least the two-year legal guarantee; how the two fit together.
