Warranty: The ID Mesh passport states a general two-year warranty.

Spare parts: Castors and glides can be ordered on vitra.com; other parts and repairs through Vitra Service and local partners.

A maker's warranty is a voluntary extra. In the EU the seller still owes you at least the two-year legal guarantee; how the two fit together.

vitra.com is Vitra’s official online shop, with country versions that show prices (for example ID Mesh from €661 in Germany on 20 October 2026). The Austrian site showed no prices. Official store.
