Where Steelcase makes its chairs
- Sarrebourg, France. Seating. The 2026 EMEA brochures state that Leap, Gesture, Series 2, Karman and Please are made by Steelcase in Sarrebourg for the EMEA market. Remade refurbishment also happens here. Source.

Warranty: Global Products Warranty (February 2026): lifetime on frames and shells, 12 years on mechanisms for Leap, Gesture, Series 2, Karman and Please. The business warranty excludes consumer retail sales; consumer terms differ by store.
Spare parts: Replacement parts carry a warranty of 2 years or the balance of the original warranty.
A maker's warranty is a voluntary extra. In the EU the seller still owes you at least the two-year legal guarantee; how the two fit together.
