Warranty and spare parts

Warranty: Freedom: 15 years (international brochure, undated).

Spare parts: Not published.

A maker's warranty is a voluntary extra. In the EU the seller still owes you at least the two-year legal guarantee; how the two fit together.

Environmental documents and take-back

Marks and certificates named in Humanscale's documents: Declare (Freedom) · GREENGUARD Gold · BIFMA LEVEL · TRUE Zero Waste (facilities) · B Corp.

EPDs: No EPD found for Freedom.

Take-back and refurbishment: A "Refreshed" circularity page exists on the UK site but does not say the programme is offered there.

What these labels prove, and what they don't: sustainable office chairs, by the numbers.

Buying Humanscale chairs in Europe
